Just like the big version, but pint sized, adorable, and everyone gets a cherry!

Peanut butter cup
All I can say is I would eat this frosting by the spoonful...in fact, I might have! Chocolate cake with a peanut butter cup hidden inside topped with peanut butter buttercream. That's a mouthful! (pun intended)
Cookies n' cream
Chocolate cake with an oreo stashed inside, topped with cookies n' cream buttercream. Yummmm...

Blue and Gold
This was a fun job I recently did, though this is just the rough draft before the cardboard got all fancied up with foil and the cupcakes got centered. It is the Arrow of Light which is the highest rank in Cub Scouting which the boys receive before becoming a Boy Scout. The cakes are chocolate or vanilla with colored vanilla buttercream.

Maple Whiskey Bacon
This is going in my favorite top ten. The title pretty much says it all, but it's yellow cake topped with maple whiskey bacon buttercream and garnished with fresh bacon. It works man, it really works.

Cran-brr-itas!
This cupcake was done for a friend's birthday. The inspiration was two of his favorite things:
I ended up making a yellow cake with cranberries and topping it with marshmellow buttercream. The result:
Got a couple requests to do these again! Thanks for having a birthday and your impeccable taste Bryan!

Boy or Girl?
These were for a prenant lady that didn't know if she was having a boy or girl, so the cream filling was either pink or blue. Chocolate cake with cocoa Chambord buttercream.
Blue Thunder
These were for my brother's birthday. He insists that blue frosting tastes the best. Yellow cake overfilled with cream and topped with blue vanilla buttercream.
Mounds
Chocolate cake overstuffed with coconut cream and topped with chocolate buttercream....maybe my favorite ever!

Pistachio-stachio
One last holiday cupcake forced on everyone I know. I wanted to do something different and I had a conversation with someone that I can't remember about some pistachio cake her mom or grandma used to make and how it was amazing. If you read this and it is you, please tell me. I came up with this little cake out of my head though. It is yellow pistachio cake with pistachio buttercream. The cake ended up very moist though it did fall a little.
eggnog cupcakes
I wanted to make an eggnog cupcake for the holidays, but couldn't figure out what kind of cake to make. I ended up doing a box mix (shhhh...blasphemy...) that was caramel apple flavor since it was sitting in my cupboard. It was okay, but the frosting with eggnog was super yummy. I think next time a homemade cinnamon nutmegy yellow cake should do just fine.
